Job description
We are a leading global manufacturer of electrical interconnects and power distribution solutions including our own power cable assembly. Our North American Headquarters is in Central New Jersey directly off Route 287 is where we maintain significant “on-time” inventory of electrical interconnects that are produced in our factory in Germany. Due to our rapid growth and expansion, we are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Key Account Coordinator to join our team. The Key Account Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the Key Account Manager in maintaining and growing strategic client relationships. This position ensures smooth day-to-day operations, facilitates communication between internal teams and key clients, and helps execute account plans to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

Duties and responsibilities:
Support day-to-day operations of the order-to-cash process, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Provide administrative and operational support to both office and warehouse teams.
Perform clerical tasks, including document creation, data entry, and filing.
Coordinate with project management, production, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth execution of client orders.
Ensure order accuracy and timely delivery to multiple customer sites across the U.S.
Liaise with internal teams, logistics providers, and customer contacts to manage shipping schedules and resolve delivery issues.
Assist with shipment preparation and execution, including packaging and documentation.
Enter orders and maintain records in the ERP system, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
Participate in weekly vendor coordination meetings and serve as a backup representative when the Key Account Manager is unavailable.
Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Qualifications :
Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in account coordination, logistics, or customer service.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite).
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage competing priorities.
Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus.
Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
