Solenis is a 2025 Best Managed Company Gold Standard honoree.We are looking to add a Key Account Manager Associate to support our New York team!Responsibilities:Lead the local site team with the design and implementation of treatment programsRoutine service visits and testing as required to ensure safe and effective treatment programs, generate reports after each service visit and distribute as requiredAssists with technical issues at customer sites, brings any issues to the customers attention and puts together a plan for corrective action, ensures the sales account manager is kept informedLook for growth opportunities at existing customers and assist with growth opportunities at prospect accounts as requiredEnsures customer personnel receive the required training to monitor and apply treatment chemistry used at their facilityAnalyze data and ensure program performance using KPIsReport safety metrics to customerQualifications:Bachelor's Degree; or 2+ years relevant industrial experienceMust have a valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record2 years+ of experience in a Pulp & Paper/Water facilityWithin a commutable distance to the NYC, Long Island/New JerseyPerks!Competitive health + wellness benefit planContinuous professional development with many opportunities for growth!Recharge with 15 days of paid time offCompetitive Salary and bonuses401k PlanCompany car for travel convenienceCome work with us at Solenis, where you can build a career that makes a difference.Solenis is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Affirmative Action Employer, including Minorities / Women/ Veterans / Disabled.
