Location: Remote within the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate retail partnerships and business opportunities within the US mobile network operator market.
- Manage and grow existing client accounts by building strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Track account activity and identify opportunities for sales expansion.
- Possesses strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify and analyze complex issues, gather relevant data, and determine root causes.
- Makes timely and effective decisions, even under pressure, and communicates them clearly.
- Develop Strategic business plan for all accounts.
- Discuss and plan promotional strategy/budgeting and activities with the marketing department
- Liaise with the finance team, warehousing, and logistics departments as appropriate
- Seek ways of improving the way the business operates
- Attend seminars, conferences, and events where appropriate
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above required
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience building and maintaining key account relationships with US Mobile Network Operators/ Telecom Companies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Social Team Player
- Excellent skills in PowerPoint, Excel etc.
- Flexible and creative
- Prepared to travel – 20% or less of the time, to regional client / retailer

For Pay Transparency
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $90,000 - $120,000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
