🚀 Key Account Manager | Data Center Cooling
Remote
⚡ $180-200,000K base
Company: Storm4's client is an engineering-led thermal solutions provider serving data center and other mission-critical markets across North America. They design and manufacture liquid cooling, air handling, heat rejection, and modular thermal management solutions.
They're looking for a Key Account Manager to develop and expand strategic relationships across hyperscale, colocation, enterprise, AI infrastructure, and mission-critical data center customers. You'll own the commercial relationship across assigned accounts, driving revenue growth while coordinating engineering, operations, product, commissioning, and service teams.
✅ Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic account plans for major data center customers
Build executive, procurement, engineering, consultant, and operations relationships
Drive opportunities across airside cooling, liquid cooling, heat rejection, modular infrastructure, and aftermarket services
Own pipeline development, forecasting, proposals, commercial negotiations, and account growth
Coordinate cross-functional teams through project execution, commissioning, acceptance, and issue resolution.
✅ Qualifications:
5+ years of sales, business development, or account management experience
Background in data centers, HVAC, power infrastructure, mission-critical, or industrial equipment
Experience managing large strategic accounts and complex capital equipment opportunities
Proven ability to manage multi-million-dollar sales opportunities
Strong commercial negotiation, forecasting, executive communication, and CRM skil
