Responsibilities
As part of the global automotive sales & marketing organization, work effectively across departments to drive demand creation and revenue growth.
Work independently as part of the GC Auto sales force to achieve team and individual business goals, including revenue growth and market share gains
Serve as the lead point of contact for all assigned customers’ account management matters
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Work with cross-region and cross-functional teams within NXP
Regularly track sales forecasts and deliver high-quality reports

Requirements
5+ years of experience in semiconductor or automotive electronics sales
Proven track record of closing semiconductor design wins
Deep knowledge of the China automotive OEM/Tier 1 ecosystem
Fluent in Mandarin and English
Bachelor's degree in EE or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
Willingness to travel frequently within China
Proactive, self-motivated, and a strong team player
Shanghai location preferred
