Job description
Key CarrierThe Key Carrier is a member of the Store Management Team. They support the company's culture and values while helping run the store day-to-day, including opening/closing, assisting customers, and guiding team members to drive sales storewide. They stay actively involved in sales, work toward goals and help train associates. They ensure the store is clean, organized and operates efficiently while following company policies and procedures.Duties and Responsibilities:Support the "Cavender's Culture" and drive our Mission, VisionPerform the tasks of a Cashier and SalesMaintain active role in personal selling, meeting or exceeding sales per hourAct as Manager on Duty as Assist in the day-to-day management of the retail store and the supervision of store associates to deliver Best of the WEST customer service and drive salesOpen and close store as Address customer Handle returns and Address associate assignments and Assist in the effort to increase sales, maintain profit structure, and reduce controllable expenses using key Assist in the training of store Help keep the store looking clean and well-presented, both inside and outside, and make sure associates look neat and professional. Contribute to a safe and secure store environment and report any safety/security accidents or incidents to the Store Manager or District Manager promptly.
