Café Operations SupportAs the leading operator of retail experiences at some of the most iconic and inspiring destinations across the United States, we infuse passion, creativity, and purpose into everything we do. Our team is dedicated to providing engaging and memorable retail environments that enhance the guest experience, while reflecting the unique mission and values of each location we serve.Support daily café operations by preparing high-quality beverages and food, delivering exceptional guest service, and creating a welcoming, aloha-driven experience. Engage guests with product knowledge, maintain a clean and organized environment, and support overall store operations in a fast-paced setting.This position is eligible to receive a company sign-on bonus of $250.00 sign-on bonus (payable in two installments-$125.00 bonus payable at 90 days and $125.00 bonus at 180 days of service)This position is eligible to receive tipsKey Responsibilities:Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, and food items with consistency and careDeliver warm, engaging guest service that reflects the spirit of alohaMaintain cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards in compliance with Hawaii regulationsSupport cashiering, stocking, and visually appealing merchandisingQualifications:Friendly, guest-focused, and team-oriented with a positive attitudeFlexible schedule (including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays)Valid Hawaii Food Handler Certificate (required within 30 days of hire)Must be 18 years or older to applyPhysical Requirements:Stand/walk for extended periods; lift up to 40 lbsPerform occasional reaching, bending, kneeling, or climbingWe are committed to providing reasonable accommodations to support your success.Pay Rate: $20/hrBRING YOUR PASSION AND TALENT TO OUR TEAM!Ready to make an impact and be part of something extraordinary?
