We're looking for a dependable, energetic, and motivated team member who enjoys working with guests, supporting coworkers, and jumping in wherever needed. Our Key Holders are hands-on team members who help lead assigned shifts while working in all areas of the bakery—including Guest Service, Frosting, and Baking.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Key Holder, you will help open and/or close the bakery, support daily operations, and provide leadership to team members during assigned shifts. This is a cross-trained position, and Key Holders are expected to work both front of house and back of house based on the needs of the bakery.Opening and/or closing the bakery and completing required proceduresProviding excellent guest service and assisting with ordersOperating the register and handling cash accuratelySupporting and guiding team members during shiftsWorking in the Frosting Department, including frosting and decorating cakes, preparing products for orders, and maintaining frosting and decorating standardsWorking in the Baking Department, including assisting with cake production, preparing ingredients and pans, baking, cleaning equipment, and completing other production tasksMoving between Guest Service, Frosting, and Baking as business needs requireMaintaining a clean, organized, and food-safe bakeryRestocking products, packaging, and suppliesFollowing recipes, quality standards, food-safety procedures, and bakery policiesHelping resolve guest concerns professionallyCommunicating shift updates and operational needs to bakery managementWhat We're Looking For - Our ideal Key Holder:Is reliable, punctual, and responsibleHas a positive attitude and strong work ethicProvides excellent customer serviceIs willing and able to work in all departments of the bakeryEnjoys hands-on work and is comfortable working in a fast-paced production environmentCan follow recipes, procedures, and quality standards consistentlyWorks well independently and as part of a teamIs comfortable taking initiative and providing shift leadershipHas flexible availability, including some evenings and weekendsPrevious bakery, restaurant, retail, food-service, or leadership experience is preferredWhy Join Nothing Bundt Cakes?Our Key Holders play an important role in keeping the entire bakery running smoothly.
