Must be 18 yrs old for this position. Department hours are 9a - 6p, some Saturdays and opening/closing shift required.

Key Responsibilities
Support daily store operations, including register transactions, cash handling, and customer service
Help create a welcoming, organized, and mission-driven shopping environment
Assist with merchandising, recovery, stocking, and maintaining sales floor standards
Partner with store leadership to identify priorities on the retail floor and respond to store needs
Help train and support new team members so they can succeed in their roles
Complete daily reporting accurately, including sales reports, deposits, reconciliations, and other store paperwork
Lead by example in customer service, teamwork, dependability, and professionalism
Help communicate and model KARM Stores mission and core values in daily work
Qualifications
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Previous retail, leadership, or customer service experience
Basic computer and point-of-sale system skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Availability to work Saturdays and flexible shifts
Commitment to working xhmxlyz respectfully within a mission-driven workplace
Physical Requirements
This role is performed in a retail environment and may involve standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the shift.
Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods
Frequent lifting, bending, and reaching
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
Moderate to heavy physical activity may be required
