Shift SupervisorWe are seeking a Shift Supervisor to join our team! For the last 5 years, Wayland Home & Design has achieved 5-star Platinum status with Ace Hardware Corporation for exceptional business practices.Responsibilities:Supervise team of retail sales workersAdjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiencyTrain and evaluate employeesTrack monthly results and trends for business forecastingProvide exceptional customer serviceQualifications:Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fieldsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and communication skillsStrong leadership qualitiesPhysical Requirements:Ability to stand for an extended period of timeMove and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures throughout the store, which entails lifting (up to 50lbs) and perform all functions as set forth
