Job description
Albany Medical College is seeking a Pre-Kidney Transplant Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to perform comprehensive pre-transplant evaluations and coordinate care for kidney transplant candidates. You will work with transplant surgeons, nephrologists, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure timely listing and regulatory compliance.
The role requires NP/PA program graduation, state licensure, and board certification, with transplant or nephrology experience preferred and strong communication
