Job description
AdventHealth Medical Group in Denver, CO seeks a fellowship-trained Transplant Nephrologist to support the growth of kidney transplant services. The role includes pre- and post-transplant care, waitlist management, and long-term follow-up across Colorado and the Rocky Mountain Region.
The ideal candidate will have an MD/DO, completed nephrology fellowship, and Colorado license eligibility, with a strong collaborative, multidisciplinary approach and a focus on program development.
