Job description
BAS HealthCare in Burlington, MA, is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join its multidisciplinary Kidney Transplant Program. This position involves co-managing kidney transplant recipients and living donor kidney patients, delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered care within an academic teaching facility.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and be comfortable in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. Required qualifications include an APRN or PA license in Massachusetts and a minimum of 1 year of advanced practice experience.
