Job description
KidStrong Mount Prospect seeks a General Manager to lead the center, develop coaching staff, and deliver outstanding experiences for kids and families.
You will drive sales, manage operations, schedule shifts, and partner with the HQ team to meet performance targets while maintaining a positive, energetic center culture.
This role requires a hands-on leader who can recruit, train, and mentor coaches, while ensuring safety, cleanliness, and consistent brand delivery.
