Job description
Fall Creek Christian Church exists to lead others into a growing relationship with Jesus. We are a vibrant, mission-minded congregation in Pendleton, Indiana, passionate about seeing the next generation fully alive in their faith. We believe kids don't just belong in church, they belong at the center of it.We are looking for a high-energy, relationally gifted Kids' Ministry Director who is ready to lead a Christ-centered program for kids (Nursery–6th Grade) that is safe, fun, and focused on spiritual growth. Our vision is a kids' ministry where children genuinely look forward to showing up, not because they have to, but because they want to be part of something real and meaningful. We dream of a ministry where kids are safe, engaged, and growing in their understanding of who Jesus is. More than that, we long for a ministry that partners with parents to disciple the next generation, laying a foundation of faith that lasts a lifetime. At the heart of it all, we want every child to know Jesus personally and to be transformed by that relationship.
