Springfield First is seeking a KidLife Director to lead our children’s ministry (birth through 5th grade) with gospel-centered vision, biblical faithfulness, and joyful excellence. You will work with the FamilyLife team to provide spiritual leadership, organize activities, and support volunteers.
The role emphasizes relational outreach, team leadership, and crafting welcoming environments for kids and families, rooted in Scripture.
