Job description
Community Bible Church seeks a Kids Director to lead the Kids Ministry across our campus, providing vision, oversight, and a safe, engaging environment where children can encounter Jesus. You will recruit and develop All-Star volunteers and collaborate with families to support children’s discipleship.
The role requires 40+ hours weekly, weekend and evening availability, and a passion for ministry leadership in a church setting. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.
