Job description
The Little Gym of Long Island City is seeking a Program Director who loves working with children and thrives in a fun, energetic team. You will create an amazing experience for children and families, teach our curriculum, and ensure safety and high standards.
You will train, coach, and evaluate team members, lead by example, and build strong relationships with kids and parents. You’ll jump in to help keep the gym running smoothly and maintain an upbeat atmosphere.
