Job description
The Children's Rental Area Lead at Cranmore Mountain Resort oversees the downstairs rental area in the Karen Dolan Learning Center, ensuring fast, friendly service for children, families, and guests. You will fit boots, adjust bindings, and supervise 3–5 staff, while maintaining safety and shop organization in a busy environment.
You should be an outgoing, dependable team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for skiing or snowboarding, ready to assist wherever needed.
