nWhat You Will Do:  

nWe have an exciting opportunity to join the Kiehl’s family as a Keyholder.  This position is responsible for assisting Store Manager in achieving store sales goals in conjunction with reaching individual sales goals established by management team. Provide superior customer service standards and develop customer relationships that will result in repeat business. Execute short and long term plans to achieve goals in support of the store’s business strategy. Responsible for product and brand image presentation while maintaining a neat and organized store.

nnRegular attendance and timeliness for all scheduled shifts

nnAssist Store Manager in achieving store sales goals in conjunction with reaching individual sales goals established by management team

nnPerform open and close procedures for the store

nnProvide training to new store employees

n

nnEffectively execute visual directives, education selling tools and customer service standards

n

nnPerform other job-related duties as assigned

n

n nWhat We Are Looking For:  

nRequired Qualifications:  

nnnRetail and/or cosmetic experience preferred

n

nnPrior key holder experience preferred

n

nnCustomer service experience  

n

nnCommunication skills

n

nnAnalytical skills

n

nnBasic computer skills  

n

nnMust be willing to work 2 closing shifts per week and 2 full weekends per month

n

nnHigh School Diploma or GED required

n

nnMust be 18 years or older

n

nnAuthorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis is required. No immigration support/sponsorship offered for this role.

n nPreferred Qualifications:  

nnBilingual: Spanish or Mandarin

n nPhysical Environment: Must be able to work on the sales floor for extended periods, walk up and down a flight of stairs and/or ladder as necessary, and lift up to 25 lbs. on a regular basis
