Job description
Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory (APL) seeks a Kill Chain Engineer to design, analyze, and optimize end-to-end mission kill chains for complex national security systems. You will model sensor-to-shooter architectures, assess operational performance, run simulations, and identify gaps to improve decision speed and mission effectiveness. Partner with domain experts to translate operational concepts into technical requirements and system designs. You will document findings, brief stakeholders, and support experiments and prototypes, contributing to high-impact, mission-driven research in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
