Responsibilities Assist the Lead Teacher in creating a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment for kindergarten children
Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that are created for you
Implement positive behavioral guidance strategies and ensure a safe learning space
Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster a supportive community
Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge
Support individual learning needs and encourage social and emotional growth
Qualifications Four-year degree preferred
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Passion for nurturing and educating young children
Degree or CDA in early childhood education and preschool settings preferred

Salary Range:
The hourly rate ranges from $18.00 to $24.00, with compensation determined based on the candidate's level of education.
Shift Schedule:
Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
