About the role
Root Aviation Ltd is recruiting experienced King Air 350 Captains for a long-term, direct hire opportunity with a reputable operator in the Middle East. This is a career-building seat for proven leaders who bring strong airmanship, safety focus, and recent time on type.
Key responsibilities
Serve as Pilot in Command on the Beechcraft King Air 350, ensuring the highest safety and compliance standards.
Lead all phases of flight operations, including planning, briefing, execution, and post-flight duties.
Uphold company SOPs, ICAO regulations, and operational policies at all times.
Coordinate effectively with crew and ground teams to deliver punctual, professional operations.
Maintain currency, proficiency, and meticulous flight records as required by the operator and regulator.
Minimum qualifications
ICAO ATPL with King Air 350 type rating.
First-Class Medical.
4,000 hours total time.
500 hours PIC on King Air 350.
Recent flight experience on type.
Clean safety record with no accident/incident history.
Age under 59 at the time of application.
