Job description
A Better Way, Inc. in Hayward/Oakland is seeking a FF Parent Partner to support the Family Finding & Engagement Program. You will build relationships with relatives and supportive adults to strengthen a youth’s long-term placement and permanency.
Responsibilities include coaching, education, and resource navigation, plus assisting with case planning and CFT processes across Alameda County. This is a full-time, non-exempt role with on-site work in the Hayward area and occasional off-site
