Kit Assembly OperatorJeffersonville Office - Jeffersonville, IN 47130Kit Assembly OperatorJoin the ILA Distribution Center team and take ownership of our kitting operation from start to finish! In this hands-on role, you'll help ensure products are accurately prepared, organized, and ready to move while supporting efficient daily warehouse operations. You'll also be cross trained to assist in direct distribution, giving you the opportunity to expand your skills and make an impact across the team.Why You'll Love It Here!Attractive total compensation packageMedical, Dental, and Vision benefits on day 1Annual merit-based performance wage increasesPerformance-based bonus opportunities twice per yearGenerous PTO packageFamily-like atmosphere that promotes growth and flexibilityKey ResponsibilitiesSetup work area for production of retail oil change kits.Assemble retail component kit, retail packaging, and completed overpack box for retail oil change kits.Perform regular quality checks during kitting process to ensure process is being followed.Pull correct product and lot numbers from appropriate location by following FIFO provided by SAP.Reconcile inventory at end of kitting process to ensure all fill instructions have been followed.Rework leaking products & returned case goods from carriers.Assist other teams as instructed.Maintain housekeeping in the distribution center.Train as backup to operate lifting equipment & process shipments in direct distribution areas.What You'll Need to SucceedHigh School Diploma or GED0–1 year of warehouse experienceAbility to safely lift up to 50 pounds on a continuous basisForklift certification or the ability and willingness to obtain certificationStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamDependability and a strong work ethicCommitment to following warehouse safety proceduresAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced distribution environmentFlexibility to assist with picking, shipping, loading, and unloading as neededAbout Idemitsu Lubricants America CorporationSince 1992, Idemitsu Lubricants America Corporation (ILA) has been a leading provider of high-performance automotive lubricants, dedicated to innovation, quality, and sustainability, serving the needs of original equipment manufacturers and consumers across North America.
