Key Responsibilities
Lead daily kitchen operations in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant
Support senior leadership in maintaining operational excellence and service quality
Coach and develop team members to create a positive and productive work environment
Open and close shifts, including key holder responsibilities and cash handling
Ensure immediate, respectful response to guest needs and uphold Chick-fil-A’s core values
Qualifications and Skills
Positive attitude with a smile and enthusiastic communication
Strong people skills with a passion for serving team members and guests
Reliable transportation and ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to manage team member performance and foster a cooperative team environment
Prior leadership experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
ServSafe Certification is a plus
