Job description
Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Kitchen Leader in New York. You will learn to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables, while training others to become Kitchen Leaders.
You’ll ensure quality, safety, cleanliness, and stock, serving as a role model for Crew members as you promote teamwork and a great customer experience. The role emphasizes hands-on cooking, inventory control, and mentoring a strong Crew dynamic.
