Job description
Chick-fil-A Kuebler Gateway is seeking a Back of House Leader to supervise kitchen operations, manage staff, and ensure quality and safety standards are met during assigned shifts. The role involves inventory control, scheduling support, and coordination with front-of-house leadership.
You will train staff, monitor sanitation, optimize labor costs, and address issues promptly, while maintaining excellent teamwork and communication across shifts.
