It offers opportunities to develop advanced manufacturing skills while contributing to the aerospace industry.Elwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including:Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveWeekly Pay401kAnd More!Kitter/Assembler Details:Temporary position$ 17.00 / hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:30am to 03:00pm)Perform kitting, assembly, and packaging of aerospace components according to work orders and specifications.Conduct quality inspections and verify measurements to ensure products meet strict quality standards.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all safety procedures.Kitter/Assembler Qualifications:Proficiency using precision measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, and tape measures; CNC experience preferred.Strong attention to detail, basic math skills, and the ability to accurately follow written and verbal instructions.Ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, and lift up to 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
