Join us on the journey of movement.Duties/Responsibilities:Communicates with the Master Technician, Head Technician, Technicians other Knitters and Department Manager concerning the machine performance issues.Documents issues on the "white communication board".Review the machine's LCD to evaluate production and stops to determine potential issues.Reviews the machine's LCD to understand the stops daily to identify poor performing machines.Reviews the machine units produced to identify poor performing machines.Communicates yarn performance issues to the Manager.Participates in shift meetings.Performs weekly preventative maintenance on assigned machines successfully meeting expectations per the audit performed by the Master Technician, Head Technician or Manager.Assist with style or size changes as is required.Performs basic repairs within the Knitter's capabilities.Re-needle and sinker the knitting machines as instructed and per capabilities.Inspects knitted products as they come off the knitting machinesInspections include inspecting product relaxed and on a form board for visual defects.Replenishes yarns as is required.
