We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic content professional to join our team, where you will be instrumental in shaping the future of customer support. What You'll Do
Create, update, and maintain comprehensive customer care procedures and content within internal knowledge bases and documentation tools.
Collaborate with project teams to assess impacts on existing procedures, identify content gaps, and develop new documentation for upcoming initiatives.
Ensure all content is accurate, clear, consistent with style guidelines, and free from duplication or conflicting information.
Partner with various stakeholders and learning teams to ensure content is readily available for training and project launch dates.
Manage the end-to-end content lifecycle, from writing and editing to publishing, across multiple projects and business update requests simultaneously.
Act autonomously to prioritize deliverables in a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting deadlines.
Contribute to the development of content for various customer care support tools.

Proven experience in content development or knowledge base writing.
