Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) – Mobile Clinic
No evaluations. No case management. More time doing the work you love.
Thrive Therapies Group is expanding our Mobile Clinic Program in East Tennessee , and we're looking for Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants who want to spend more of their time working directly with students — with the support, resources, and structure to do their best work.
Our mobile clinic model brings high-quality therapy directly to the communities that need it while creating a flexible, clinician-focused experience for our team.
Full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
Why SLPAs Will Love This Role
No Evaluations. No Case Management.
Your focus is direct therapy. You'll provide speech-language services under the appropriate supervision without the added responsibility of evaluations or case management.
More Face-to-Face Time With Students
Provide focused, 40-minute therapeutic sessions with a stable, consistent student caseload. Spend your time building relationships, supporting progress, and making a meaningful difference for students.
