Position: Kofax TotalAgility Consultant
Location: Edison NJ or Charlotte NC (Hybrid 3/2)
Long Term Contract
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Kofax TotalAgility Consultant to design, develop, and implement intelligent document processing and workflow automation solutions to streamline business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and develop workflows, business processes, forms, and document capture solutions using Kofax TotalAgility.
Implement document classification, data extraction, validation, and exception handling.
Analyzing existing Kofax Capture processes and gathering requirements for migration from legacy Kofax Capture
Integrate Kofax TotalAgility with enterprise applications and external systems.
Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure solution quality.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into effective solutions.
Required Skills:
Hands-on experience with Kofax TotalAgility (KTA) development and configuration.
Knowledge of document capture, OCR/ICR, data extraction, and workflow automation.
Experience with APIs, web services, database integration, and SQL.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
