Job description
Pursuit Aerospace is seeking a KPO Engineer to support Kaizen initiatives, analyze processes, and implement lean tools on the shop floor in Malden, MA. You will work with the Site KPO Leader to drive continuous improvement and optimize manufacturing efficiency.
The role requires 5+ years in Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement, plus CAD knowledge. Onsite work with potential travel to other Pursuit sites.
