Tribeca Housekeeper OpportunityA loving family in Tribeca is seeking a full-time housekeeper to join their home. The schedule would be a typical Monday-through-Friday 9 am-5 pm. The family is seeking a local candidate, not looking to relocate anyone at this time. You should be skilled at both housekeeping and laundry for this role. This is an immediate hire.ResponsibilitiesPerform daily housekeeping duties and general home organizationExecute routine and seasonal deep cleaning projectsManage laundry: washing, ironing, handwashing delicates, and coordinating dry cleaningCare for fine furnishings, surfaces, art, silver, china, and crystal using appropriate methodsHelp maintain plant and floral care throughout the homeOrganize closets, cabinets, and storage areasSupport with dinner parties, including light service assistanceMonitor the home for necessary repairs and report accordinglyHelp stock household and cleaning supplies and manage inventory of personal care items. PA handles ordering.Assist with packing, unpacking, and travel prep as neededRun local errands for the principals and team as neededCommunicate with household staff and vendors to ensure smooth day-to-day operationsRequirementsLegal to work in the USFully vaccinatedPrior experience as a private high-end housekeeper for 5+ yearsLive locally or within a commutable distance to NYCFluent in EnglishSpanish speaking is a plus!Tech savvyStrong work ethicAttention to detailProactiveComfortable working with young children in the homeHigh level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalismSalary and BenefitsThe family is offering $65/hr.
