Job description
Capital One seeks a Senior Director, Know Your Customer (KYC) Compliance to lead enterprise AML/KYC risk management and drive regulatory compliance across the organization.
You will build and oversee the KYC Standard and KYP programs, advise executives, interact with audits and regulators, and guide a team of AML risk managers toward effective risk reduction.
