Job description
Georgia-Pacific is seeking a Learning & Development Site Leader to shape the future workforce of a manufacturing facility by building training systems that accelerate employee capability and support operational excellence.
You will partner with site leadership, HR, Corporate L&D, and hourly trainers to strengthen technical training, onboarding, qualification processes, and employee development while applying Principle Based Management.
