Job description
Neko Health is building an on‑site clinical laboratory in Miami and seeks a proven Lab Leader to build and own the lab from setup through go‑live and beyond.
You will validate instruments, establish SOPs, ensure regulatory readiness under CLIA, CMS and Florida state requirements, and develop the Laboratory Technologist team for day‑to‑day operations. This is a hands‑on leadership role with direct accountability for quality and performance.
