Intermountain Health is seeking a Lab Coordinator Phlebotomy to oversee daily phlebotomy operations, ensuring accurate, timely specimen collection and superior patient experience. This role coordinates staff schedules, trains and mentors phlebotomists, monitors quality and safety standards, and troubleshoots collection or workflow issues.
