Permanent, Full-Time
We are seeking an experienced Laboratory Director for a permanent leadership opportunity in the Northern West Virginia area.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced laboratory professional ready to take on a key leadership role overseeing clinical laboratory operations, staff, quality, compliance, and overall performance.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor s Degree required
• ASCP certification required
• Minimum 5 years of laboratory experience
• At least 3 years of experience as a Laboratory Manager or Director
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of laboratory quality, regulatory, and compliance standards
Compensation:
$104,582.40 $156,852.80 annually , commensurate with experience
