Southcoast Health System, Inc. seeks a Lab Finance-Reg Compl Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, and regulatory compliance across the laboratory services.
You will oversee capital and operating budgets, monitor labor productivity, and analyze profitability of system-wide labs and outreach programs. Reporting to the Director of Laboratory Operations, the role requires MT(ASCP) or CLS(NCA) certification, 5+ years in healthcare with 3+ years in leadership, and strong MIS and financial reporting
