Job description
Carle Health is seeking a Lab Histotechnician to support high-quality diagnostic services in our patient-focused health system. In this role, you will process, embed, section, and stain tissue specimens for microscopic evaluation, ensuring accurate and timely results. You will operate and maintain histology lab equipment, follow strict quality and safety protocols, and document all work in our laboratory information systems. Working closely with pathologists and clinical teams, you will help deliver precise diagnostic information that supports improved patient outcomes and advances community-based care.
