Mobile PhlebotomistJoin a dynamic healthcare environment as a Mobile Phlebotomist, providing vital blood collection services at various clinical locations. If you have strong phlebotomy skills and enjoy working in diverse settings, this position is a great fit for your healthcare career.ResponsibilitiesPerform blood draws and specimen collection from patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric populations.Ensure proper identification and labeling of specimens, verifying patient demographic information post-venipuncture.Prepare and handle specimens according to established laboratory practices and procedures.Maintain accurate records and documentation of collected specimens and related activities.Create a professional and trusting environment for patients, explaining procedures clearly and confidently.Travel between multiple sites as needed, adhering to scheduled appointments and geographic assignments.Follow safety protocols and maintain compliance with company policies, including dress code and confidentiality standards.Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating organizational and time management skills.Required SkillsProven phlebotomy skills with experience in pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.Excellent customer service and communication skills for interacting with diverse patient populations.Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced setting.Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and locations.Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Additional Skills & RequirementsMinimum of 5 years of phlebotomy experience required.Experience working in a patient service center or similar clinical environment preferred.Phlebotomy certification and medical assistant or paramedic training are highly preferred.Must be flexible and available to work varied hours, including weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts.Reliable transportation to travel between multiple sites; mileage reimbursement available.High school diploma or equivalent required.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.Ensure your skills and experience align with this versatile role in mobile phlebotomy, and take the next step in expanding your healthcare career by joining a dedicated team committed to patient-centered service.
