Neuralink is seeking a Lab Manager to lead day-to-day operations of the South San Francisco laboratory and prototyping spaces. You will own lab organization standards, coordinate setups and relocations, and drive continuous improvement across safety, quality, and operational readiness.
The role requires a proactive, service-oriented mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup.
