Job description
Sonora Quest Laboratories/Laboratory Sciences of Arizona in Sun City, AZ, is seeking an operational supervisor for the lab division. You will organize, direct, and improve workflow to deliver high-quality, cost-effective services under the director/manager, with focus on process enhancements and patient care.
The role requires CAP, CMS, AABB, CLIA, and OSHA compliance, plus leadership, budgeting and staff development using Six Sigma and Lean methods.
