Job description
Advocate Health in Wisconsin seeks an experienced Laboratory Services Leader to oversee operations across hospital labs. You will supervise testing, ensure quality and safety, and drive enterprise strategies for efficiency and patient care.
Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's in CLS/Medical Technology and MLS/MT certs, plus 3+ years of leadership in technical lab services. Evening shift coverage is required with potential for overnight as needed.
