Job description
West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. in Kinston, NC seeks a Laboratory Specialist to execute lab projects in a cGMP environment, supporting equipment qualification, method transfer, and validation. The role collaborates with Quality, Operations, Engineering, and global teams to ensure compliant, efficient lab performance.
The position requires a Master’s degree (preferred) and 3–5 years of lab experience, with experience in EDMS, validations, and project management. Travel up to 5% may be required.
