Job description
EY's Security Technology Services (STS) Lab seeks a Service Manager at the Assistant Director level to own the lab's priorities, budget, and operating cadence. You will define the service portfolio, manage intake, shape the roadmap, and serve as the main escalation point for senior stakeholders in a globally distributed security organization.
The role requires 7+ years in IT/PM/Engineering leadership, strong governance skills, and experience with Azure and ITSM tools.
