Job description
Henry Ford Health in Michigan seeks a Supervisor of Laboratory Services (Hematology/Coagulation) to lead one or more technical areas, ensure smooth operations, and drive quality and safety in the lab.
You will recruit and develop a high-performing team, create SOPs, collaborate with cross-functional leaders, manage supply chain and budgeting, and advance accreditation-ready practices across Pathology and Laboratory Medicine.
