Job description
Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Hematology or Generalist Lab Supervisor in New York, supervising ~25 staff and overseeing quality across the health system. This hands-on leadership role focuses on coaching, problem-solving, and maintaining high standards, with strong interaction with physicians and clients.
You will bring ASCP certification, NY license, and deep knowledge of electrophoresis/ANA testing, while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement on the floor.
